SOTD is currently in development and has not yet launched publicly.

This page will contain SOTD's complete Terms of Use before the application is released through the App Store.

The final Terms will cover use of the SOTD service, user accounts, private Groups, acceptable use, user-generated content, music-service links, intellectual property, account termination, availability of the service, limitations, and other terms applicable to using SOTD.

SOTD does not provide music streaming itself. Songs are opened through external music services such as Apple Music or Spotify.

Do not treat this pre-launch page as the final production Terms of Use.
